The new HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship standard is now available from Chichester College. Created in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the new standard is designed to develop your own HR skills or that of your team. This apprenticeship is aimed at anyone who is either starting out, or at the early stages of their career – such as an HR administrator or HR officer. A wide range of HR professionals can take advantage of the apprenticeship – anyone delivering front line support to managers and other employees is eligible. It is also available to professionals in small organisations who perform HR functions as part of their job role – people doing recruitment and performance reviews, for example.
The CIPD L3 apprentice can support the learner to obtain employment with Human Resources. It also leads onto the Level 5 apprentice qualification.
